The consultation form
The consultation form is a demonstration only. When you complete it, nothing is sent, stored or transmitted — the details never leave your browser, and no one receives them. This is stated on the form itself. A real, secure form with a published privacy basis will replace it at launch.
Cookies & analytics
This draft site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. Web fonts are currently loaded from Google Fonts; at launch, fonts and images are intended to be self-hosted, removing that third-party request.
When the site launches
Before the practice publishes this site, a complete privacy notice compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 will be added here. It will set out what data a real enquiry form collects, the lawful basis for processing it, how long it is kept, who it is shared with, and your rights — including how to make a subject access request or a complaint to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
